Secondary Marketing HFA Analyst - Remote

The Secondary Marketing HFA Analyst will provide support for HFA and Affordable Housing transactions. This position will focus primarily on HFA Lending. Candidate must possess knowledge and understanding of how Housing Finance Agencies work from Origination to Purchasing. Candidate will also have a great understanding of the importance of community lending and the powerful impact it has on communities. Responsibilities:

• Analysis of daily Affordable Housing Pipeline report to determine if all Affordable Housing options in the pipeline have been identified and utilized
• Work with Branches on education of DPAs and Affordable Housing Initiatives
• Maintenance of User and Branch Privileges in HFA Portals
• Assisting in creating and maintaining a custom HFA Database with critical lock desk data
• Assisting in Identifying needs of new branches and setting up User and Branch Privileges in HFA portals once training has been completed
• Research complicated HFA scenarios and find solutions
• Validate and reconcile HFA loans purchased by HFA Investors
• Reviewing new HFAs and products to prepare for rollout
• Reviewing product and guidelines updates for existing HFAs
• Manage the termination and updates of HFA products
• Daily Audit of HFA locks
• Providing the team with updates from investors that impact the lock
• Collaborate with other departments on HFA loans
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience using the Encompass Loan Operating System
• Experience using Optimal Blue
• Experience working with Service Now
• Experience working on a lock desk and partnering with many HFA Correspondent Investors
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

We offer a comprehensive benefit package including; medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and paid time off. Compensation is based on experience and ranges from $54,000 - $62,000 annually. This is a full-time position.
