Job Description

We are hiring! We are looking for a SecOps Manager to understand, manage, and improve security across our corporate networks and production sites. The ideal candidate will have a background in DevOps or development with scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash, emphasizing automation to maintain a lean team structure.

Responsibilities:

Microsoft Entra, Intune, and Defender Tools:

• Administer and configure tools in a hybrid laptop and BYOD mobile environment.
• Utilize Microsoft Defender for vulnerability management, monitoring, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Implement device provisioning with Autopilot.
• Partner with the IT Ops team to administer and secure corporate Windows and macOS devices and BYOD mobile devices using Microsoft Intune Mobile Device
• Management (MDM) and Defender.
• Utilize the Microsoft security suite including Intune, Defender, Entra, and Purview to identify and resolve incidents and vulnerabilities on corporate devices.

AWS Security Best Practices:

• Ensure security for production websites with in-depth knowledge of IAM, account setup and peering, auditing, and monitoring.
• Use AWS tools such as Watchtower and CloudWatch for security monitoring and auditing.

GCP Security Best Practices:

• Implement and manage DLP, intrusion detection, and the Security Command Center.

Salesforce Administration:

• Administer roles and permissions, implement security best practices, and manage backups.

Corporate and Production Security:

• Manage security across corporate networks and production sites.
• Collaborate with senior developers and DevOps engineers to maintain and improve security practices.
• Support and lead the tech infrastructure to design and improve AWS, Entra, and GCP environments.

Team Collaboration:

• Work with the broader marketplace team to support business needs securely and efficiently.
• Embrace a product-driven agile approach with a focus on continuous deployment and automated testing.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in administrating and configuring Microsoft Entra, Intune, and Defender tools.
• Expertise in AWS security best practices, including IAM, account setup, auditing, and monitoring with AWS tools.
• Proficiency in GCP security best practices, including DLP, intrusion detection, and the Security Command Center.
• Knowledge of Salesforce roles and permissions administration, security best practices, and backups.
• Background in DevOps or development with skills in PowerShell or Bash scripting.
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment, with proximity to London preferred for optional hybrid days.
