JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

TEST:

• Manage Quality personnel at Test section in support of CI electrical set-up and verification. Also oversee the overall Quality processes at Test.
• Ensure that all controls are enforced at Test production line based on the current control plan through periodic review.
• Ensure that products shipped to customer are in compliance with internal criteria as well as with customer requirement through sampling quality gates or check inspection.
• Ensure that all non-conforming products are properly tag, hold in the system and place problematic lots in quarantine if necessary.
• Oversee Incoming inspection for Subcon assembled products and do feedback Sub/AML on quality issues encountered in resolving the issue by issuance of CAR.
• Oversee Return Material Authorization internal process and make sure that all lots are accounted for, reviewed, verified and disposition based on the AML/customer requirement
• Responsible in accommodating periodic Customer product audit.
• Attend regular management meeting concerning hot items requiring quality support and immediate disposition.
• Involve in Probe quality concern.

ASSEMBLY:

• Manages the quality engineering to ensure that the systems and controls are in place in the operations and in conformance with control plan and customer quality requirements.
• Develops quality systems and controls for improvement efficiency.
• Participates in engineering and manufacturing team meetings for the resolution of quality issues or plans for new products or processes.
• Ensure that Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) study for applicable test and measuring equipment are in place.
• Generates purchase acquisition request (PAR) for capital expenditure such as new measuring functional equipment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS Engineering graduate
• With 5 years of related experience in semicon industry
• Knowledgeable in dimensional and functional equipment
• With FA background
