The Team
• Heavy client and technical support for the Nasdaq TRF, Option, Equity and Government security exchanges. • Real-time monitoring of all trade processing to DTCC, OCC and external clearing (Treasury). • Monitor daily clearance and settlement risk. • Perform all daily reconciliations, customer inquiries and settlement processing.• Reconcile NASDAQ books and records including general ledgers, stock record, break reports
and open positions.

The Team
- Responsible for client and technical support of the Nasdaq Equity and Option Markets as well as the Nasdaq Trade Reporting Facilities (TRF).
- Real-time monitoring of all trade processing to DTCC, and OCC.
- Monitoring of post trade clearance and settlement operations.
- Perform all daily reconciliations, research, and resolve customer inquiries.
- Reconcile NASDAQ books and records including general ledgers, stock record, break and position reports.

- Executes processes, system, transactions upon request from customers in a timely manner.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to support clients, establish, maintain, and cultivate relationships.
- Good understanding of financial markets, trade life cycles, post trade clearing and settlement operations.
Your role and responsibilities
- Actively participate in daily department meetings and collaborate with teammates.
- Attending team education sessions for cross training with the expectancy of being fluent across all supported products.
- Daily support of the required responsibilities for Post Trade Operations.
- Assessing and active monitoring internal/external risk.
- Real-time monitoring of all trade transmissions to DTCC and OCC.
- Client support for the Nasdaq TRF, Option, Equity products that falls under the teams' responsibilities.
- Oversee projects ensuring scheduling and implementation are completed to required standards.
- Ability to evaluate current procedures and find solutions to better streamline processes.
- Develop, implement, document, and maintain department procedures.
- Internal team collaboration across Nasdaq's various departments and stakeholders.
You will need the following skills and experience
- Some knowledge of the financial industry and trade life cycles is a plus.
- Skills in Microsoft products (Excel, Power Point etc.).
- The ability to work with Technology, Development and Business unit team members.
- To ability to analyze workflow processes and research and document changes.
- Developing strong CRM skills by working directly with clients, researching, and resolving issues through quick decision making by fully understanding the overall process.
- Evaluate and analyze call data, customer feedback, and survey results with the goal of adding efficiency and improving the overall client experience.
And it would be great if you have experience with
- Background in customer support
- General knowledge of Microsoft applications, Freshdesk, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other customer support platforms
- Degree in Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Experience Required: 1-3 years
