This Securities Ops Serv Spec IV (Hybrid) position is for the Transfer Agent team within our Corporate Trust organization. This department serves as an extension of the lines of business across CCT in the administration of their various products and services. Our goal is to enhance control, improve processes, and provide services that are consistent where possible and custom where necessary. The department is integral in reviewing, mitigating risk, and enhancing control related to ongoing administration of the CCT transactions in accordance with the applicable documents, state and federal laws, internal policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Routine and Restricted Transfers
- Internal and external interactions
- Ad-hoc escalated requests

We are looking for people with these skills:
- 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, customer service, and/or business operations
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal language and ability to accurately interpret legal documents
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously on unrelated issues and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $52,000 - $60,000. This base pay range is specific to St. Paul, MN and may not be applicable to other locations.
