Job Summary
As a Security Administrative Specialist, you will perform office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment. Performs Personnel Security functions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepares and formats reports, memos, correspondence and forms.
• Schedules meetings and reserves conference rooms. Coordinates and supports certain meetings including obtaining clearances and badges for visitors. Sets up conference rooms and arranges necessary media.
• May provide back-up to higher level administrative support.
• Process security reports to government customer
• Process incoming and outgoing visit clearance requests
• Update government clearance databases and internal Security databases
• Take employee fingerprints and transmit them to government customer

What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Typing and proofreading skills
• This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the US government. U.S citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.

• 3 or more years of relevant experience with High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of corporate policies, practices, travel and procurement
• Knowledge of government security requirements
• Active security clearance

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.
