Our IT Security Team is charged with protecting the Sub-Zero Group's digital data and assets. The team works closely with other teams both in and outside of IT to ensure that security controls are in place and followed. In addition, the security team manages all identities for the organization.

Primary Responsibilities
As an IT Security Analyst I, you expected to be fully aware of the enterprise's security goals as established by its stated policies, procedures and guidelines and to actively work towards upholding those goals. This position will deal with both technical personnel and corporate employees, as well as participate on project teams. Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and comprehension of business operations are needed. This position will require confidentiality around privileged, protected and highly confidential information. This position will also need to demonstrate good judgment at times when no policy or procedure exists for a given scenario.
- Participate in the planning and design of enterprise security architecture
- Troubleshoot and resolve user security related issues
- Proactively monitor logs and respond to alerts and alarms
- Maintain and enhance performance and features of new and existing software and tools
- Participate in analysis and resolution of security breaches and vulnerability issues
- Provide periodic on-call support for end users
- Administer and maintain end user identities, accounts, permissions, entitlements and access rights
- Assist with user audits as required
- Propagate security awareness among employees
- Aid in Security policy development and enforcement
