Security Analyst III - SAP

The scope of our Implementation includes Finance, Sales (Commerce Cloud), Planning (IBP), Purchasing, Inventory (EWM), Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance and Quality. Our initial effort is a four year implementation of SAP, with a transition off of an existing non SAP system. We then plan to extend our environment with additional new capabilities once we have completed of the project. Within the I&T Department at Sub-Zero, you are part of a strategic team of technology professionals who are currently engaging in a multi-year SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation. The technology team is responsible for the overall SAP Platform and will support the implementation, as well as define and develop the operational model, including ongoing post go live support.

Primary Responsibilities

This individual will require a strong ability to translate business requirements into security design, policies and technical solutions that meet the customer's needs, while adhering to industry best practices. This role will partner with Solution, Application and Cloud Architects, Functional leads, Business Process Owners, etc. to provide quality and timely deliverables, including role/user provisioning and other responsibilities.

• Partner with the technical and functional teams to define and maintain the policy for Segregation of Duties (SOD) across security authorizations for roles and users
• Analyze and understand the risks/implications associated with application security and provide solutions to eliminate, or reduce risks
• Define and maintain the security architecture and design across all environments consisting of Development, Quality and Production environments

• Develop and implement SAP security policies, processes, architecture, training content and communications
• Review new functional application security requirements for roles and authorizations, document security designs, and ensure risk mitigation for SOD.
• Partner with the Solution Architects and Functional teams to map standard SAP Roles to Security Profiles and ensure role documentation is accurate and maintained
• Work with development teams to design the best security solutions in the SAP systems using custom transactions, authorization objects and/or custom programs as required
• Coordinate security testing (positive and negative) for security roles and integration testing of security access
• Coordinate security activities for interface testing, user acceptance testing, user training and data conversions
• Plan, coordinate, and execute operational administration of user provisioning and de-provisioning, password management and other activities
• Provide off-hours support as needed for special projects, system updates, patching and/or maintenance activities
• Strong knowledge of HANA and security concepts is desirable
