Security Analyst - Mid Level

Torch Technologies is looking for an experienced Security Analyst to provide government, on-site support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all security disciplines, including Information Security, Physical Security, Operations Security, Communications Security, and Personnel Security.

A strong sense of responsibility, solid work ethic, mature judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive information are essential attributes.

Familiarity with special access security tasks would be considered a plus.

This position will focus primarily on Physical Security, using security-in-depth methods as well as Operations Security knowledge in field environments.

A working knowledge of security surveys, inspections, and assessments is desired.

The candidate will ensure asset protection is maintained while allowing required operations to continue.

Visitor control, document control, as well as policy and procedure development will also be required.

Candidate must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of military, government, and industry to be successful. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at a minimum) is essential.

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable of DoDM 5205.07, DoDM 5200.01, AR 380-5, AR 380-381, as well as general security procedures and policies.

Job Requirements

The position requires a minimum of 6 years' security experience.

Candidate with a BS/BA Degree in a security-related discipline is desired, however additional relevant experience will also be considered.

Position requires that candidate have an active Top Secret security clearance in order to access classified information and also be able to meet additional security eligibility requirements.

Inability to obtain or maintain a Top Secret security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

This position requires CONUS and OCONUS travel, up to 30% of the time; an active passport is strongly desired.
