Security and Crisis Management Cluster manager Africa

You as a Security and Crisis Management Cluster manager Africa will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Modderfontein, South Africa. Supporting AMA Regional Security manager with administrative task such as planning, preparing and follow up trainings, exercises and audits for crisis management and security.

Your responsibilities

• Focusing on key operation risk areas such as infrastructure, supply chain, cybersecurity, etc., to identify key risks, and support business to remediate in an efficient and effective manner.
• Streamlining policies and procedures, to support business with risk management and operation efficiency improvement.
• Conducting necessary data mining and analysis to detect potential risks and make sure the close-loop risk management.
• Conducting risk management workshop or trainings to facilitate the RM process and people knowledge or awareness enhancement.
• Optimizing business continuity risk management, by supporting business continuity management, trainings, and implementations, etc.
• Predicting the unknown risks for overseas business operation and supporting with feasible solutions.
• Risk management reporting to top management team.
