Your Role and Responsibilities

• Design and implement network security architectures that align with our business requirements and security policies.
• Research and evaluate new network security technologies and vendors and integrate them into our network environment.
• Develop and maintain network security documentation standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other network engineers and security analysts on network security issues and incidents.
• Stay updated on the latest network security trends threats and vulnerabilities and apply appropriate countermeasures.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years of experience working with network security in large corporate networks including designing securing and deploying network security components such as firewalls VPNs IDS/IPS DLP NAC WAF etc.
• Strong knowledge of network security protocols standards and best practices such as TCP/IP SSL/TLS IPsec PKI etc.
• Experience with factory networks and IoT security including device authentication encryption and firmware updates.
• Experience with cloud-based network security solutions such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience with network security tools and platforms such as CiscoPalo Alto Fortinet Check Point etc.
• Ability to work in a complex international environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Certifications such as CISSP CCNP Security or SANS GIAC are preferred.
• Network Automation Cloud Security and Automation Security Architecture or Azure/AWS cloud experience is a bonus.
