Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Security Consultant to join our Security & Privacy team. This role focuses on providing expert guidance in security strategy risk management and compliance services particularly within hybrid cloud environments. The ideal candidate will leverage their project management skills to conduct thorough security risk assessments in line with the GBS Data Security & Privacy (DS&P) Framework.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and compliance issues.
• Develop and recommend security strategies to enhance the protection of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on security initiatives.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables related to security assessments and compliance activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices related to security and privacy.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and risk management principles.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in application development is a plus providing a technical understanding of security implications.
