Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design, implementation, validation, and delivery of mission critical solutions. I
• Seasoned professional in the job family.
• This is the level of full competence that all professionals are expected to achieve in the function. It is sometimes called the journey-level.
• Manages program and project implementation and makes significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret/SCI Security clearance with Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of related professional experience. (NOTE: Newly hired PhD graduates are typically hired into this level.)
• 0-3 years of experience as a Red Team Member, Penetration Tester, Test Engineer, or other related field.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience evaluating systems and recommending changes to improve security posture desired. Penetration Testing, Red Team, System and network configuration, and familiarity with different operating systems and virtualization platforms a plus.
• Technical project management experience.
• Willingness to obtain an associated certification such as CEH, PenTest, OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, GPEN required if not already obtained.
