What you will learn and contribute to
DUTIES: Provide technical subject matter expertise in the Nokia's Netguard Endpoint Security product. Provide technical knowledge and analysis of information assurance, including applications, operating systems, physical security, networks, risk assessment, critical infrastructure continuity and contingency planning, emergency preparedness, security awareness, and training. This specifically includes working with network design and planning including IP addressing, routing protocols, DNS, VPN and tunneling technologies, Firewalls; Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration and troubleshooting and virtualization technologies including KVM or VMware; (3) network troubleshooting and analysis programs including tcpdump, or wireshark; Linux shell scripting and bash programming, and web servers and database administration; geo-redundancy solutions; and troubleshooting integration technologies including XML, JAVA, and SOAP for event management. Also, will provide an analysis of the existing system's vulnerability to possible intrusions, resource manipulation, resource denial, and destruction of resources. Install, configure, and operate technology safeguard solutions in highly complex environments and instruct and direct those doing these tasks as well. Provide technical support and analysis to document organizational information protection framework and supports policy and procedures preparation and implementation. Research and provide information on security-related solutions. Performs software evaluations and testing of new and existing security solutions. Your skills and experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field and 6 years of experience to involve: (1) network design and planning including IP addressing, routing protocols, DNS, VPN and tunneling technologies, Firewalls; (2) Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration and troubleshooting and virtualization technologies including KVM or VMware; (3) network troubleshooting and analysis programs including tcpdump, or wireshark; (4) Linux Shell scripting and bash programming, and web servers and database administration; (5) set up high availability and geo-redundancy solutions; and (6) set up and troubleshooting integration technologies including XML, JAVA, and SOAP for event management. Also, 3 years of experience stated herein to involved: (a) identity and access management solutions including Keycloak and Microsoft Active Directory; (b) oversee or conduct backup and recovery tasks; (c) implementing operational and technical security controls, adhering to organizational security policies and procedures; and (d) set up and maintaining security systems.
Salary Range: $149,282 - $185,782/year
