Your Role and Responsibilities
Developing executing and tracking security measures to protect information network infrastructure and computer systems.
Designing and engineering comprehensive cybersecurity strategy requirements and architecture.
Recommending solutions to security problems
Managing software and infrastructure for monitoring systems for breaches and intrusions.
Monitoring systems for irregular behavior and setting up preventive measures.
Educate and train staff on information system security best practices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
3+ years of experience in building and maintaining security systems.
Good understanding of security tooling including firewalls٫ intrusion detection systems٫ anti-virus software٫ authentication systems٫ log management and content filtering.
A broad understanding of the security considerations for both front and back-end development in on-prem and SaaS environments
Experience in using open-source software and dealing with CVEs
Knowledge of working with Linux and bash scripting

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge of scanning tools such as OWASP ZAP NST Qualys Trivy Sonar etc.
Experience with SSO oAuth JWT and encryption/decryption algorithms
DevSecOps Security specialist background
Experience with security certification activities (eg. SOC2 FedRAMP ISO)
Understanding Security and Privacy by Design (SPbD) practices
