Security Engineering Lead Analyst-Work from home

• POSITION SUMMARY
  
  The Controls Assurance team works improve IT controls through continuous monitoring and proactively identifying control gaps. The Information Protection Senior Analyst will work with others in Controls Assurance to help automate controls monitoring processes. The successful candidate will have the knowledge and skillset to help develop automation to monitor controls.
• Essential Functions:
• Develop and execute key functions of the CMAS controls monitoring program.
• Meet frequently with other members on the CMAS team to understand manual monitoring that can be automated.
• Collaborate with technical teams to interpret internal and external compliance requirements for the purpose of designing automated control monitoring.
• Measure and report health of key technical controls.
• Deliver technical projects against key deadlines.
• Special projects as assigned.
  
  QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with scripting in Python, PowerShell, R, or JavaScript required.
• Software development experience preferred.
• Understanding of Agile software development methodology, computer networking and IT security.
• Ability to work with large data sets.
• Experience with designing automation processes preferred.
• IT security experience preferred.
• Data analytics experience preferred.
• MS Office skills required.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage a heavy workload.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with presentation skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines.
  This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 73,700 - 122,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
