Security Intern

CLEAR interns solve real-world problems within collaborative teams of the industry’s most innovative technologists to build some of the world’s most advanced services and devices. You will also have oceans of opportunities to network with senior leaders, develop new skills through our summer events in NY, NY and Austin, TX, develop presentations, and volunteer opportunities.

What You'll Do:

Projects in cybersecurity specifically tailored to each intern, ensuring a meaningful contribution to both your skill set and CLEAR. As a CLEAR Intern, you will learn how to ensure, enforce, and maintain CLEAR’s high standards of security all while being mentored by high caliber Security professionals who are invested in your success.

Who You Are:

You are an innovative thinker. You have a personal passion for security and cutting edge security concepts and data protection.   

You are currently enrolled full-time as a student pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, graduating anytime between December 2023 - Spring 2024.

What You're Great At:

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with data protection, compliance and IT controls 
• Experience in evaluating the security of systems/environments and providing recommendations to improve security posture
• Understanding of how data elements flow between different applications and systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while dealing with sensitive information

The base salary range for this role is $45/hr, depending on levels of skills and experience.
