Job Description

The objective of this position is to function as support role for the GEIQ Security projects ( UNAQ, CCTV SYSTEM, TRAINING PLAN) providing said support in the different projects that are handled in the area, including attending meetings and providing ideas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Planning execution and monitoring Security projects assigned by SSL.
• Controlling the project schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful completion within agreed-upon restrictions.
• Establishing and enforcing project GE Aerospace standards and best practices.
• Tracking the projects, updates the status with internal and external clients and built reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify process improvements in projects.
• Generate project presentations for the site security leader and stakeholders.
• Update the budget database for security projects.
• Provide follow-up and support to the quotations related with the projects.
• Contact Security customers and users to attend to project requirements.
• Follow-up, control, and registration of assets derived from Security projects.
