As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, implementing governance frameworks, and ensuring that security protocols are adhered to across all operations. You will also engage in problem-solving activities to address security challenges and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in security governance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to security policies and procedures.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Delivery Governance.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
- Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
- Proficient in conducting security assessments and audits.
- Familiarity with incident response and crisis management protocols.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Security Delivery Governance.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
