What You’ll Do
As a Security Management Specialist (Contractor), you will support of security management, reporting, administration, and operations of the Workplace Solutions Group (WSG).
- Regular updates and reporting on the status of an organization's GRC activities, including governance, risk management, and compliance efforts. Ensuring that an organization is following applicable laws, regulations, and standards, and that its operations are consistent with its policies and ethical principles.
- Identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks that could impact an organization, and implementing measures to minimize their impact.
- Provide direct security management operation support such as vendor management, tracker administration, contract execution, vendor registration, reconciliations, policies, invoice, and budget review.
- Operations support in tracking security vendor management list related to annual capital & operating expense spending including annual budgeting.
- Provide analysis support in reviewing business operations and invoice data with a solid understanding of security management.
- Create and maintain key templates including reports for ad-hoc assignments for team support.
- Participate in the development of programs, systems, and projects to increase the efficiency of processes and operations.
- Â Communicate and work across teams for collaboration with internal and external groups.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in security/cyber security related field with at least two years of relevant experience or at least five years of professional experience.
- Familiarity with security operations, facilities, coordination, administrative, and office services functions, with direct experience in a workplace department preferred
