Security Officer (Flex)

We are seeking highly professional and adaptable Flex Security Officers to join our team. Key strengths beyond basic security capabilities: • Proven ability to operate across multiple sites • Strong observational skills and proactive threat detection • Clear, concise verbal and written communication • Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance protocols • First aid and CPR certification preferred • Experience in loss prevention and conflict de-escalation • Prior law enforcement or military background is a plus This is an on-call position with potential for part-time and/or full-time placement based on performance and site needs.Officers must be available to rotate across various locations and shifts, including coverage at designated Lv2 & Lv3 sites requiring elevated professionalism and situational awareness. Requirements: • Valid Guard Card (Required) • Reliable personal transportation (e.g., own vehicle) to reach multiple sites as scheduled • Availability for all required shifts and on-call assignments • Clean background and drug screening • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to document incidents & DARs clearly and collaborate with law enforcement when needed Selected candidates will be invited for evaluation and onboarding.
