This role requires the ability to respond to security incidents with professionalism, accuracy, and sound judgment. • ️Please note: Prior security experience is required. Applicants without this experience will not be considered. A valid license to carry a firearm is also mandatory and must be obtained within the first 6 months of employment if not already held. Key Responsibilities: Protect personnel, inventory, and premises in a secure facility Monitor and control access to the building and restricted areas Enforce security policies and procedures professionally and consistently Conduct regular patrols and security checks Maintain active firearm certification (must re-qualify annually) Complete detailed incident and shift reports Communicate clearly and act decisively during emergencies Serve as a professional and reassuring presence Required Qualifications: ✔ High school diploma or GED (Criminal Justice degree a plus) ✔Minimum of 2 years of professional security experience required(Military or law enforcement background preferred) ✔Valid license to carry a firearm is mandatory • If not currently held, must be obtained within 6 months of hire✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills ✔ Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure ✔ Willingness to participate in ongoing training and annual re-certifications Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $25.00(Base pay may vary depending on experience, region, and internal equity) ✔ Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance ✔ 401(k) Matching (after one year) ✔ Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays ✔ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Programs ✔ Career Development Opportunities We have many opportunities available on our other career site pages.
