Job Description
The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for identifying the security needs of our clients to include the construction of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training all employees on the policy, providing ad hoc training to the client’s employees, providing consultancy to ensure adequate protection measures are in place for all assignments, and managing inventory of all protective and field equipment.Â
What you'll do;
- Continuously assess our client's security policies to identify and remedy gaps
- Leverage ballistics expertise to research, compare, and generate procurement options for the latest protective technologies.
- Provide consultancy on a range of security-related subjects to our clients to ensure adequate protection measures are in place for all assignments
- Manage all protective and field equipment to be used on assignments in high-risk locations
- Assist in the day-to-day management of all ongoing, upcoming, and potential security operations
- All other requests, as identified in collaboration with the Director of Security Operations or as specified by the Program Manager
What you'll bring;
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to security, intelligence, or business development
- Strong technical acumen including the Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional client-facing professionalism, including client relations and customer service support
- Â capabilities
- Five+ years in program/project management disciplines/delivery and physical security discipline experience
- Strong understanding of personal and protective security methodology and techniques
- Knowledge of open-source intelligence collection, risk assessment, and investigative techniques
- Strong research and analysis skills, particularly in the field of protective technologies and techniques
- Â Required: Global Travel up to 20%Â
