Under the direction of the Leader of the Global Security & Privacy Operations, the AVS S&P (Security & Privacy) Ops Lead for Digital Health Ops in the United States is responsible for supporting customers for all Alcon's digital medical device products and solutions. This includes responding to customer inquiries, lead customer investigations, and escalations. In addition, this person provides the voice of the customer and other stakeholder's inputs to product security strategy and planning, ensure compliance with global Alcon product security process and regulatory standards. An important aspect of this position is setting customer security strategy tailored to each global region, collaborate, and communicate with various cross-functional teams including Sales/Commercial Teams, Technical Services Teams, Digital Operations, R&D Product Engineering, Global Enterprise and Product Security, Quality and Alcon and customers' IT departments, to support delivery on Alcon Digital Transformation and Solution globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer engagements and ensure product security and privacy aspects are addressed in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Support product security incident and vulnerability response in collaboration with product security incident manager
• Work with other teams to influence on Privacy and Security prioritization
• Identify security and privacy documentation gaps, develop and/or partner, and maintain documentation, tools and methodologies to support customers
• Create KPIs and tools to measure Privacy and Security customer support efforts
• Identify P&S opportunities, lead continuous improvement security control projects, and associated corrective action plans (CAPs)

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience

Preferred Experiences:

For this role, we are looking for someone that is

• Knowledge and strong understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, such as Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), General Data Protection and Regulation (GDPR), ISO security (ISO 27001) and privacy (ISO 27701) standards
• Knowledge of risk analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT compliance and control frameworks.
