Your Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading secure and compliance projects for brining mission critical Data & AI offerings to the market.
• Work with the release managers product managers engineering teams across business functions to develop and execute scope and schedule for the secure and compliance project.
• Responsible for putting together risk mitigation plans identifying & managing dependencies escalation of issues closely managing scope and schedule and reporting status.
• Being proactive and have growth mindset of addressing complex issues. Work with leadership to identify and improve process efficiency.
• Manage and lead initiatives involving multiple functions across a portfolio of project teams to drive security and compliance for the engineering development.
• Manage the release schedules critical deliverables key milestones and other key requirements for successful delivery.
• Effectively communicate the progress escalations risks and mitigation plan to product stakeholders.
• Manage a detailed plan to ensure the progress against the established plan and makes determinations based on risks and issues to update schedule to meet requirements schedule and quality criteria.
• Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies for process optimization

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 4+ years of experience as Project or Program Manager.
• Experience in Agile Project Management.
• Experience using project planning tools to create manage and track project results.
• Ability to effectively communicate project plans risks and outcomes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience managing projects and programs in a complex cross-team environment.
