Our Cyber Security business is rapidly growing, and we are hiring mid to senior level security professionals within a range of disciplines to support our goal and mission in doing our part to secure the most critical systems and organisations for our way of life to thrive in Australia.Â
Role RequirementsÂ
The overall purpose of this role is to shape, sell and close deals for Security. Â The (niche) Sales Capture Senior Manager will lead their own deals as the overall sales capture lead for Security led opportunities or work with an overall sales capture lead for embedded Security where Security is a component of a larger deal.
Working closely with the CAL’s (Client Account Leads), the client teams and relevant Security subject matter experts, the Sales Capture Senior Manager will develop and manage the win strategy, the negotiation strategy and the close plan.  The role is client facing, has an individual (niche) sales target and is expected to manage the Business Development spend on an opportunity.
Responsibilities
Proactively generate and build client relationships leading to qualified opportunity identification with targeted new clients or new Security areas not yet explored at an existing client.
Articulate a compelling and differentiated value proposition to the client which is also commercially viable to Accenture.
Understand Accenture’s assets, offerings as well as sales and delivery methodologies to frame and reframe clients’ Cyber Security issues.
Quickly develop strong, credible relationships with key client decision makers spanning multiple layers of the organization.
Collaborate with sales colleagues within Security and beyond to ensure efficient and effective use of business development resources.
Successfully lead and align a complex network of stakeholders.
Drive sales opportunities to closure, providing discipline and rigor to the sales process as an expert on sales best practices.
Establish qualification, win strategy and power map to ensure deal is winnable and deliverable.
Support the development and execution of the negotiation strategy.
Bring the right talent to the sales opportunity at the right time.
Work closely with the Sales effectiveness team and other Sales experts ensuring adherence to Accenture systems, tools and processes.
