Your Role and Responsibilities
As security Specialist a You will play a role in client facing support for IBM Managed Infra Security Delivery and delivering management services for McAFee Endpoint Protection MS Dedender HIPS Encryption Vulnerability scan Web content gateway and Data security management ( Forcepoint DLP) as part of IBM Security Delivery Team.

What will you do

• Performs real-time monitoring and incident tracking and perform periodic health check.
• Works on periodic system auditing (check listed) and status update.
• DLP incident tracking
• Work with lead and align the deliverable accordingly.
• Tracks call resolution as per SLA
• Suggest and implement the industry best practices for Infra & endpoint security.
• Work with OEM to address the known issues.
• Regular reporting of Infra & Endpoint security
• Preparing Trend analysis reports Weekly / Monthly
• Prepare Daily weekly and Monthly reports related to endpoint Security.
• Policy creation or modification as per the client requirement or best practice
• Ensure Incident and Change management are followed as appropriate.
• Endpoint security Governance from patch signature update or client reporting
• Operational management of endpoint Security and infra security tools
• Work with client and ensure deliveries are happening as per the expectation/ scope.
• Ready to work Work in a 24×7 environment.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in security infrastructure administration
• 1 year experience in general Information Security practices
• 3 years of hands on experience in endpoint security (McAfee MS Defender) administration
• 1 year experience in network Security like mail gateway / web gateway / Websens DLP)
• Additional knowledge and understanding of one or more of the following concepts and technologies is a plus: Proxies Content Filtering Vulnerability Scanning Email and Web Security (WAF)Preferred Expertise
• 2 years of experience in TCP/IP Networks and endpoint Security
• 3 years of experience in Operating System Skills
• 2 years of experience with Unix/Linux system administration level knowledge
• Professional Certifications like intel Security Product Specialist – ePO / ATD / NSP / HIPS/ MS Security admin Symantec Endpoint Admin Websense Web Security admin etc

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• One or more security certifications. (CEH Security+ GSEC GCIH etc).
• High level of systems security compliance and provide technical mentorship and support to L1-L2 engineers
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work.
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management.
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing publications.
