Your Impact
As a member of our Physical Security Team, you will be responsible for the supervision of hourly contractual security staff. Our contractual security officers are a resource and support system for employees, guests, customers, and vendors. As the Security Supervisor you serve a critical role in leading this team to success.
What You’ll Do

• Oversee operations of hourly security personnel
• Train hourly security staff on policy, procedure, and operation on a variety of security related equipment to include CCTV, visitor management system, and intrusion detection system
• Oversee scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing coverage and alignment of position responsibilities for each shift
• Assists in the development of site-specific post orders
• Responsible for reviewing and editing of incident reports prepared by staff for completeness and accuracy
• Be available to manage and respond to incidents that may impact operations
• Possess effective written and oral communication along with interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with others in a professional and effective manner
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or overnights if required
• Ability to be on call, and according to the needs of the business.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Five years of leadership experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, CCTV, and Physical Access Control
• Ability to aim far to support our global goals
