Security Technical Program Manager, InfoSec

We’re looking for a Security Technical Program Manager to join Snap! The Security TPM team designs and leads multiple critical security programs at Snap.

What you’ll do:

• Scale, re-invent, manage Snap’s Security Vulnerability Management program

• Evaluate vulnerabilities and how they affect Snap corporate and production services 

• Analysis of findings, performing root cause analysis of issues and working with security engineering to remove classes of issues

• Scope and organize penetration tests

• Collaborate with multiple internal security teams and product groups

• Develop and generate metrics to drive actionable insights into programs

• Look for opportunities to optimize/automate manual or inefficient processes 

Knowledge, skills, & abilities:

• Depth of security experience

• Experience with designing, deploying and operating a vulnerability management program

• Experience working with engineers, driving security programs that have had a proven impact

• Proven experience of running large programs within a security field

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with mastery in the ability to tailor the message to the audience

• Experience influencing teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive security programs

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of experience in security advisory space, technical program management or security solution delivery
