Seeking Experienced Carpenters & Helpers

We are NYC based General Contractors that focus on high end residential interior renovations (apartments & brownstones) with an in house woodworking & finishing shop based in Long Island City, Queens. We are seeking experienced carpenter & Helpers to join our team full time and work on our job sites (all Manhattan based). Skills Required: 1. Ability to install doors from scratch (not pre hung) and windows 2. Ability to install frameless door and work with reglet 3. Ability to install intricate trim work such as door trim, crown moldings, baseboards, window trim 4. Ability to do metal framing of walls and metal floor joists (including sheetrock installation, drop ceilings, soffits etc) 5. Ability to install Millwork/ Cabinets Tools Required: 1. Carpenters must have their own hand tools (drills, screw guns, jigsaws, routers etc) 2. Larger equipment such as Hilti nail guns, table saw, miter saw etc will be provided Job Requirements: 1. Must be legally permitted to work in the US (citizen or green card) 2. Must be organized 3. Must be a great communicator 4. Must be able to work in teams 5. Must have 3+ years experience working in our field References / Resume: 1. Resume not required but is a plus 2. Must be able to provide references for past work experience 3.
