Our combined team is full of smart, driven, curious, innovative thinkers who are passionate about shaping the future of the Creator Economy—if that sounds like you, let’s talk.Segment Marketing DirectorIn this role, you will be responsible for aligning marketing strategies with the global sales organization teams and helping them reach and engage their most important accounts with targeted, multi-channel marketing programs while optimizing for performance throughout the campaign process. You will also help establish our marketing tracking and reporting processes for named accounts by collaborating with the executive team and cross-functional stakeholders across the business.The role requires a creative thinker and strong ABM strategist who can bring new ideas to the company, collaborate across the enterprise and global marketing function, and flawlessly execute on multiple priority projects.What you will do: 
  • Build and own an enterprise marketing strategy to effectively fuel growth
  • Own and socialize GTM plans for slices of the ICP defined, a 1-few approach, targeting persona, vertical, and segment
  • Drive qualitative and quantitative market research to refine audience segmentation and adapt the ICP
  • Work with sales, rev ops, product marketing to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop a data and insight strategy to improve for campaign targeting and segmentation
  • Develop persona-based, differentiated value proposition, messaging and positioning about CIQ’s solution suite to enterprise businesses.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand the account portfolio, as well as prioritized and segmented accounts for optimal strategic execution
  • Develop global growth strategy and programs upsell and cross-sell to enterprise business, in cooperations with regional marketing, product and sales teams
  • Collaborate with marketing CoE (centers of excellence) - Demand, regional, content, events to execute, optimize, measure the GTM segment plans
  • Own the cross functional communication, meetings, feedback loop for the segments 
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
  • 4+ years of Enterprise/Industry/Segment Marketing Experience
  • Experience in the SaaS industry
  • Track Record of executing marketing campaigns and ABM programs with Enterprise sales teams.
  • Experience working cross functionally in a high growth company
  • Experience designing and managing multi-channel ABM B2B marketing programs targeting large enterprise level accounts. Must have hands-on experience building integrated marketing plans and managing marketing campaigns and tactics to completion inclusive of performance improvement retrospectives.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and needs within the technology industry with the ability to create content that addresses those needs
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate complexity into simple and intuitive communications
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
