Segment Solution Director

Key Responsibilities

• Provide segment expertise support to ICAPS and other BUs/Groups
• Own segment strategy plan and drive segment strategy execution
• Provide expert assessment on market trend, market size, technology inflections and fabrication challenges
• Develop and own segment technology roadmap
• Drive innovative materials & structure, integrated materials solution
• Coordinate internal and customer technology review meetings (TRM) and workshops with BUs and regions
• Bridge customer (device maker) with Applied product offer and identify new business opportunities
• Drive technology synergy among segments
• Drive technology solution validation, penetration and adoption
• Be a recognized expert in segment community and influence product decision targeting new applications
• Lead and/or coordinate special technical project/program to meet milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate resource commitments from BU's for aligned projects/programs/product development
• Support ICAPS segment business growth, AOP and DOW

U.S. Salary Range:

$176,000.00 - $242,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
