Job description
We are looking for a Selection Manager for WeBox to build up our products on our marketplace. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our online product base.
The ideal candidate will have talent in culinary and food industry. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between partner and product orientation and a results-driven approach.
The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
Job Summary
Work with our partners to launch their popular products (individual meal, group catering, happyhour snacks, and office pantry etc.), and provide the relative proposal to the customers and sales team. As part of the online marketplace process, create and deliver the popular presentations that demonstrate the service of WeBox e-commerce platform, curated menu from partners, and great partnership service. Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer. Sell with the goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets. Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging service to best position in the marketplace.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the team to accomplish the tasks
- Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with partners
- Create proposal for catering event, company's daily individual menu and family's daily menus
- Achieve and consistently exceed KPI
- Partner with our operation and customer success team to smoothly serve the best products
- Develop long-term relationships with partners and transfer into in-house partners
- Act as an ambassador of Saltalk's vision, mission, brand, and product
- Proactively maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in culinary, sales, account management, or similar functions
Preferred
- Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest value partners
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Strong critical thinking ability
