NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Establishes Go to Market (GTM) strategies and execution excellence to the sales owned gates through evaluation, measurement, and cross-functional feedback. Enables and drives consistency in tools and processes across e-commerce applications and functions to ensure GTM improvements and excellence. Partners with other functions to support efficient and effective processes. Applies best practices and knowledge of internal/external business challenges to improve e-commerce applications, processes or services. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Interprets customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies solutions to non-standard requests. Impacts a range of standard and non-standard customer, operational, process, project or service activities. Monitors and controls costs of own work and may manage costs for small projects or e-commerce applications. Performs work in support of brand plans. Demonstrates link between daily work and company mission. Participates in initiatives, programs, or products with moderate visibility.

Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or Graphic Design and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:

• Strategy implementation;
• Project management, including defining project priorities and scheduling project deadlines;
• E-commerce management;
• Customer Experience Strategy;
• Adobe Suite Cloud Management, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AEM, and Adobe Analytics; and
• Governance Technologies, such as Slack, Confluence, Box, and Asana.
