Prodege is looking for a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Analyst to support our growing Online Marketing Team. The ideal candidate has a passion for data analysis, an attention to detail, and they are excited to grow their career in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ad
- Create, monitor, and manage campaigns to achieve targeting KPIs, including CPA, ROAS and gross profit
- Optimize landing page performance, search campaign performance, and creative ads through A/B testing, geo-targeting and keyword bidding to drive maximum traffic volume, conversions and gross profit
- Create and analyze client reporting in Excel, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ad Center including sales projections, ad copy performance and competitive benchmarking analysis
- Communicate with the User Acquisition team to look for opportunities to reduce costs, improve margins, and provide performance metrics on CPC, ROI, CTR, position, and financials
- Track and analyze data in Google Analytics to monitor real-time user activity and understand audience behavior and demographics
- Identify KPI's for newly launched campaigns to optimize for conversions and provide recommendations for keyword bidding strategies and ad copy testing
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of full-time experience in paid search marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (math, economics, marketing, or advertising preferred)
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, or similar advertising platform
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables and lookup formulas)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment, both individually and as part of a team
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Agile Mindset – a small company mentality (e.g., test quickly, fail quickly, fix quickly) is needed along with a collaborative approach
- Self-motivated with eagerness to learn and take on more responsibility
- Experience working in affiliate marketing or with affiliate networks is a plus (Impact Radius, Commission Junction, ShareASale, etc.)
- Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns for apps is a plus
- Experience working with LTVs and multi-conversion funnels is a plus
We are actively seeking candidates based in the Los Angeles area to accommodate the hybrid nature of this role.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000.
The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, commission, equity, or benefits.
Prodege offers a comprehensive benefits package to US Full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and basic life insurance. Employees receive flexible PTO, as well as paid sick leave prorated based on hire date. US Employees have eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees receive an option to purchase shares of Company stock commensurate with their position, which vests over four years.
