Role Overview
We are looking for a talented SEM Manager who will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid search engine advertising campaigns. You will work closely with marketing teams, analyze data, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure effective and efficient SEM strategies. The goal is to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility, and achieve business objectives through search engine marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEM strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Plan and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Campaign Implementation:
- Create and set up paid search campaigns across various search engine platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- Write compelling ad copies and design effective landing pages.
- Monitor and adjust bid strategies to achieve performance goals.
- Analysis and Optimization:
- Regularly analyze campaign performance data and provide insights.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in ad creative, targeting, and keyword strategies.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve better click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall performance.
Requirements:
- B.S. or B.A. required
- Proven experience as an SEM Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine marketing principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with SEM platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Certifications in Google Ads or other relevant platforms are may be a plus.
- Self-starter who can take initiative on all media driven projects.
- Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, V lookups, data manipulation).
Compensation & Benefits
We are excited to offer a competitive base pay range of $83,000 to $125,000 per year for this position, based on experience and qualifications. But that's not all - as a valued member of our team, you will also have access to an array of top-notch benefits, including:
