SEM Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Project manager to join our Reverse Tech remote team. You will play a crucial role in building and scaling our mobile apps within our health and wellness vertical. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across all of Reverse Tech, contributing to our mission of improving lives and changing the world through innovative digital solutions.
About the role:
- Execute, optimize and monitor advertising campaigns on SEM platforms, using data-driven insights and best practices.
- Strong analytical and technical skills. Data driven mindset is a must, but ideally you are also up to date with the latest marketing trends and use of technology like AI.
- Regular campaign analysis performance: we use Hyros, Looker, Mixpanel, Tableau, and of course, the actual advertising platforms.
- Collaborating with the internal SEM team as well as design, copy, and product to align campaign objectives and execution.
- Communicate and report on campaign results, insights, and recommendations.
- If you have experience with other media advertising platforms like Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok or Snapchat is a plus.
- 2+ years of SEM focused experiences.
- Analytical profile. Feeling confident in digging into performance drivers and sharing findings.
- Good understanding of SEM dynamics. What is affecting what and why.
- Experienced in setting up and optimizing Google Search, Display and PMax campaigns.
- Confident with Office-Excel / Google Spreadsheet and more in general reporting. Basic formulas and pivot tables are a must.
- Commitment in regularly checking accountโs health and best practices.
- Proactivity. For this role we are expecting the candidates to investigate last trends of our business ecosystem and propose new solutions accordingly.
- Being a good listener and more in general positive attitude in giving and sharing feedback with the team.
- Good knowledge of how Google smart bidding works.
- Experienced with Google Ads testing environment, set up and analysis.
- Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
