Team Description
Our team is looking for a Data Analytics II who will report to a leader in our Sabre office. This role will collaborate across multiple functions, including Sabre business units, Sabre Finance and People Team to solve challenges internally and implement goal-oriented strategies.
Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis and reporting on the Sabre workforce, providing operational insights and strategic recommendations.
• Drive complex data analysis functions, including workforce planning, operational metrics, and performance tracking.
• Partner with Sabre’s Operations teams to support workforce planning and operational initiatives.
• Support the Global Operations team by analyzing workforce data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Develop and automate data reporting processes and workforce metrics dashboards.
• Analyze workforce data to extract actionable insights and effectively communicate findings to leadership.
• Collaborate across multiple functions to develop data-driven business cases.
• Coordinate and manage special projects focused on data operations and process improvements.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Advanced level of English both verbal and written
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Degree in relevant field
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills including data manipulation and modeling
• Excellent financial and business operations acumen
• Curious mindset and self-starter; ability to interpret data and communicate message clearly and concisely
• Excellent communication and people skills with an ability to work across an organization, developing key relationships
• Impeccable oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strategic thinking to anticipate potential issues and suggest creative alternatives to overcome barriers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products with advanced PowerPoint and Excel expertise; Salesforce reporting, Workday and other third-party tools preferred
• SQL knowledge
