SEM/Performance Marketing Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for a full-time SEM/Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This person should possess working knowledge of Paid Search/Google Adwords, Paid Social, Display, and Lead Generation and be up to date on the current industry trends. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Remote candidates accepted. Must be located in a place that has 4-6 hours of overlap with the PST time zone. Candidates with authorization to work in the US preferred. No new H1B visas will be processed but a H1B transfer may be considered for the right candidate.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs
- Excellent organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of GA, GTM, Google Ads, and Social platforms
- Past experience working with vendors
- Google Ads Search certification
- Lead Generation Experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy, execution, and tracking of all paid channels to drive performance in line with budget and ROI expectations
- Daily management of Paid Search campaigns
- Implement best-in-class campaign optimization workflows and test plans for keywords, bidding, ad copy, landing pages, and audiences
- Drive growth in customer acquisition through multi-channel paid media campaigns
- Explore new paid channels and opportunities that align with our overall company goals
- Identify and structure A/B testing environment
- Create cohesive campaigns across digital and social media platforms
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns to Management
- Collaborate with Content, Design, and Product to create effective ads and strategy
- Use your analytical skills to dig into campaign data, extract insights and take action to drive channel optimization and accelerate performance
- Proactively track, report, and share performance to key stakeholders
- Lead the BtoB lead generation strategy for our BtoB product offerings
- Provide weekly communications to review campaign performance, and ensure alignment with KPIs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field
- Minimum 4 years of Paid Search, Display, and Paid Social campaign management
- Must be proficient with at least 4 years' experience in GA, GTM. and Google Ads
- Proficiency in Paid Social ads across the major platforms
- Proficiency in keyword research and competitive analysis tools

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $92,000/year and is dependent on location and experience.
