HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Senior Application Developer is responsible for preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written. The Senior Application Developer designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents and maintains those programs. The incumbent must be competent to work on most phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities but requires instruction and guidance in other phases.

• Independently design and/or code efficient cost-effective application program solutions (develops new and/or reuses existing code through the use of program development software and/or integrates purchased solutions)
• With limited direction, translate business requirements to technical specifications
• Create technical designs for a new application or enhancements, including integration of purchased solutions.
• Perform ongoing system maintenance, research, problem resolution and on-call support, according to defined plans or documentation for existing systems
• Fully familiar with the prescribed methodology and is in strict compliance with all required artifacts. Independently performs unit testing
• May perform or assist with integration and system testing, according to detailed test plans to ensure high-quality systems
• May assist business partners with User Acceptance Testing
• Independently support processes related to the implementation of systems into production, including integration of purchased solutions
• Independently support the Code Asset Management process
• Support and promote the reuse of assets across the organization
• Independently work on multiple projects and/or SRs and actively participate as a member of each project team supporting an application or set of applications
• Independently work on small and large moderately complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and disciplines, that have system wide impact and that may integrate across the organization
• Receive some supervision and direction
• Other duties as assigned

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of applicable experience
• .NET/ C# experience
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
• Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
• An affinity for accuracy and efficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Work (including mail merge) and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
• Strong collaboration skills
• A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
