Job Description

Development is the largest discipline at Endava. Our developers design, build, and release software products in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and libraries. Always collaborating with cross-functional project teams, our developers are adaptable problem-solvers with a client-oriented mindset.

As a Senior .NET Developer at Endava, you will be an active member of a multidisciplinary Scrum team in which you will have the opportunity to create and improve the richness and capabilities of back- end architectures and deliver a user-friendly and highly scalable web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously expanding knowledge in technical but also in different business domain 
• Expand horizons and providing direct consultancy to international clients 
• Responsibility for technical decisions 
• Develop functionalities according to defined acceptance criteria 
• Work within the Scrum Team to deliver the sprint scope in time and with the expected quality 
• Accept the culture of constant improvement by working in an environment that provides support, but also the challenge for growth 
• Contribute to the development of coding guidelines and ensure high code quality across the projects. 

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with C# 
• Strong knowledge of .NET Framework
• Solid experience with T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
• Good understanding of software patterns and practices 
• Commercial experience of the full software lifecycle 
• Experience working in an Agile environment 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take part in both team debates as well as client discussions 
• Leading/mentoring experience 
• Advanced English speaking and writing abilities are required.

Would be a plus: 

• Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms 
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
