As a Senior .Net Engineer, you enjoy working across the full stack and with multiple technologies. You will also provide APIs for all of AiM's integrated services. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on an early-stage Greenfield project allowing significant voice and impact by the candidate while also interacting with multiple levels of the AiM organization. • Write and deliver functional products in a Full Stack- Front-End, API/Service, and Backend - Development environment.
• Define roadmap for the Team by working closely with product and /or technology partners.
• Ability to Create, Design, Code, and Unit Test technical solutions using best practices and standards.
• Designing platform framework for used by other AiM products/services.
• Leads and participates in medium- to large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects by reviewing project requirements; translating requirements into technical solutions; gathering requested information (for example, design documents, product requirements, wireframes); writing and developing code; conducting unit testing; performing code reviews; communicating status and issues to team members and stakeholders; collaborating with project team and cross-functional teams; troubleshooting open issues and bug-fixes; enhancing design to prevent reoccurrences of defects; ensuring on-time delivery and hand-offs; interacting with the project manager to provide input on project plan; and providing leadership to the project team.
• Supports business objectives by collaborating with business partners to identify opportunities; addressing high-priority initiatives (for example, business strategy, technical feasibility, implementation alternatives); identifying short- and long-term solutions; leading cross-functional partnership. Utilizes industry research to improve AiM's technology environment by analyzing industry best practices; bench marking industry against internal processes and solutions; researching or influencing future industry solutions for fit with internal needs; defining software development guidelines, standards, and processes.
• Ability to produce application flow diagrams and system documentation.
• Desire and ability to learn new concepts, tools, programming languages and skills.
• Provide solution documentation.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

Job Knowledge and Skill:

• 7-10+ years of hands-on .NET Software Engineer experience.
• Demonstrable experience with Agile Processes.
• Experience with Microservices/APIs.
• Hands-on experience developing .NET 6+ applications. Experience with MAUI a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft development best practices, design patterns, and tools.
• Familiar with web application lifecycle and frontend, backend frameworks.
• Must have experience working with Azure, such as developing Function Apps with integration to API Manager and Gateway.
• Developing new user-facing features using Blazor.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Pipelines.
• Experience with one or more database technologies including but not limited to:

  MS SQL Server, Azure SQL, CosmosDB

• Experience with one or more front-end technologies including but not limited to:

  Angular, React, Blazor, Vue, CSS, Html, Babel, JavaScript

Experience:

• At least 7 years of Software Engineer experience.
• Senior level experience.

Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations:Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma (or GED), Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience

Computer Skills:

In addition toabove; Working knowledge of power point, word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, ability to adapt to new technology as it becomes available. Proficient in System Administration and Networking concept

Communication Skills:

Ability to excel in a team environment required. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills required with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to source, disseminate and properly apply secondary research

Travel:

• Occasional travel.
