Job Description

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- A minimum of 7 years related experience
- Demonstrated ability working in collaborative team environment with other developers and architects, setting priorities, and achieving results
- .NET development experience with familiarity with C#, ASP.Net & JavaScript/jQuery
- Experience working in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid data environments
- SQL programming working with MS SQL Server and SSRS
We'll REALLY love it if you have: (This is the bonus stuff that makes you stand out)
- Experience using Agile development
- 2-4 years of experience working with Dynamics 365, Office 365 and Power Platform
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, Dataverse
- Experience building responsive web site and user interface design, development, and support
- Experience with source control management either GitHub or Azure DevOps Repos
- Mobile iOS/Android development skills
- Graphic design skills
- Experience in finance of insurance field
- Experience with Azure cloud
What your day will look like:
- Analyze given requirements, breakdown the requirements into tasks, estimate, develop, and deploy deliverables into different environments
- Document and defining user requirements with product stakeholders, including flow charts, layouts, and diagrams.
- Participate in code reviews
- Contribute to enhancing the development processes and operational standards
- Consult with users, project leads, and management to resolve problems & suggest alternatives
- Mentor junior developers as well as interns
- Manage build and deployment pipelines
- Guide in Test Automations as well as automated deployments
