Position Overview: We're looking for an experienced Senior 3D Artist with a proven track record and a deep understanding of real-time environments. You'll play a vital role in developing superior 3D assets and experiences that excel in both artistic vision and technical performance.

What you'll be doing:

• Design and Optimize: Create intricate 3D models using industry-standard software (Max, Maya, Blender) and optimize them for seamless performance.
• Master Texture Creation: Excel in texturing, demonstrating mastery of Substance Painter to produce realistic and visually stunning textures.
• Ensure Real-Time Excellence: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate 3D assets into real-time engines, emphasizing expertise in Unreal 5.
• Collaborate and Improve: Work dynamically with fellow artists, designers, and engineers to establish a cohesive visual direction and incorporate constructive feedback.
• Assure High Standards: Maintain technical and quality standards across all assets.
• Lead and Inspire: Mentor junior artists, fostering their growth and ensuring team-wide consistency.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional 3D art experience in the gaming or related industries.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating exceptional 3D modeling and superior texturing abilities.
• Expert-level proficiency in Max, Maya, or Blender. Strong Unreal 5 knowledge is highly valued.
• Mastery of Substance Painter.
• Proven experience optimizing assets for real-time environments.
• Track record of contributions to shipped game titles is a major advantage.
