Why do we need you? Well, we are looking for a Senior ABM Campaign Manager to strategize, implement and analyze account-based campaigns for our Expansion motion at Calendly. Your mission will be to drive growth and scale through the development and execution of robust account-based marketing campaigns while reporting to the Senior Manager, Expansion Marketing.

A day in the life of a Senior ABM Campaign Manager at Calendly

You will be developing and implementing a GTM and ABM strategy across existing customers, and data for insights in a very fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

On a typical day, you will be working on
  • Partnering with the Senior Manager, Expansion Marketing on the strategy, execution and analysis of ABM campaigns in support of our Expansion sales motion.
  • Developing, implementing, and analyzing end-to-end campaigns for top business accounts that drive the ABM motion.
  • Defining and implementing repeatable processes to scale the ABM strategy across the business.
  • Tracking campaign results, measure success and report metrics to varying partners across the business.
  • Own the state of your business - target account engagement, budget management, pipeline health.
  • Partnering with Solutions Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Operations/Analytics to deliver best-in-class integrated campaigns.
  • Partnering with Sales Leaders and Enablement to keep the sales teams fully enabled on all live and upcoming marketing campaigns.
What do we need from you?
  • 7+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS GTM marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of hitting pipeline goals.
  • The experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas on how to build robust, unique 1:Few and 1:Many programs.
  • Strong experience with Marketo, Salesforce and 6Sense (or other similar platforms).
  • Experience with budget management and return on investment analysis.
  • Experience in evolving marketing programs based on performance data, ground level feedback from sales and understanding of the business.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills - knowing how to adjust the content based on the audience.
  • A natural curiosity to understand how things work and connect - like lead scoring, lead routing, the MarTech stack and more.
  • Organized self-starter with the ability to plan, implement, and measure multiple marketing programs at once.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams; ability to effectively communicate with, influence, and motivate a wide variety of people at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work successfully in a constantly evolving environment with competing priorities
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time
