The primary purpose of the Senior Account-Based Marketing Specialist is to work in partnership with the regional sales teams to develop marketing strategies and drive demand through hyper-localization of global/regional campaigns, execution of custom events, and personalization. The role will activate, execute and/or develop demand for key accounts as well as maintain strong field relations. This role implements ABM programs in local markets, leveraging integrated software portfolio and brand messaging. The role is also responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for targeted areas including turnkey promotions, programs, and tools which help accelerate growth.

This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with various teams. This is a US-based, remote position. Candidates must be willing to work Central or Eastern Time Zone hours. Candidates must be able to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities:

Overall Demand Generation & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute tailored demand generation strategies for several global markets.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development to understand target customers, industries, and trends for effective ABM campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaigns with other marketing team members, taking ownership of the process and ensuring quality output.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing technologies to enhance demand generation efforts.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Collaborate with sales across the globe to align efforts and track campaign success.
  • Research and develop value proposition and messaging for target accounts across the globe.
  • Create and execute 1:1 and 1:Few ABMs to deliver high-value content to key global accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal digital marketing teams and third-party vendors to deliver personalized content to engage target accounts. Use various channels such as landing pages, email, direct mail, social media, content marketing, and more.
  • Leverage marketing automation to manage lead nurture campaigns, track engagement, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Constantly iterate to optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with the product marketing team to ensure that messaging and positioning are consistent and aligned with product launches and updates.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collateral that is on-brand.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in ABM, demand generation, and data compliance regulations.

Events:

  • Interface with regional field-marketers across the globe to create and execute ABM strategies to target key accounts attending industry events.

Lead Tracking, Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure, track, and report on the effectiveness of all ABM-focused demand generation activities and campaigns.

Other:

  • Manage marketing budgets, allocating and optimizing spend across tactics and forecasting results.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving processes and driving efficiencies within the marketing organization.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Participate in other ad hoc marketing activities as requested.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in marketing
  • Ability to think and act strategically and deliver operational planning alongside sales leadership to balance the longer game with short term sales priorities
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Virtual team working and influencing skills
  • Ability to technically understand how products fit in to create and deliver a solutions
  • Inquiry management and lead routing systems, i.e. CRM
  • Basic understanding of portfolio for effective local execution
  • Budget and project management
  • Execution of demand programs
  • Ability to travel 10% annually
  • Ability to work in Central and Eastern time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other business discipline preferred
  • 3+ years of ABM (Account Based Marketing) experience highly preferred
  • B2B Marketing experience desired
  • Global marketing experience preferred
