The Opportunity at Culture Amp: Senior Account Based Marketing Manager

Job purpose:

The Senior Account Based Marketing Manager's mission is to deliver high growth globally within Culture Amp’s Enterprise segment through integrated marketing campaigns, working collaboratively across marketing and sales to achieve demand generation targets. The ideal candidate is a collaborative growth marketer who operates with urgency and has experience developing, executing, and rigorously measuring global campaigns.  

Role Accountability:

The Senior Account Based Marketing Manager will execute the next iteration of marketing strategies to drive the global demand generation for Culture Amps products within the Enterprise segment. In this role, build full-funnel, integrated marketing campaigns for the Enterprise segment, spanning paid, owned, and earned channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Work across the marketing team to develop and execute tactics that will drive pipeline and revenue for the Enterprise segment and create a consistent experience across all channels.
  • Communicate Enterprise marketing plans with the wider marketing team and enable your counterparts with strategic campaigns that can be repurposed by establishing a regular feedback loop with regional marketers.
  • Develop campaign and channel metrics alongside your marketing partners and report on the impact of campaigns across the Enterprise segment and optimize over time. 
  • Be a strategic partner to the Enterprise sales team and establish a feedback loop to further improve marketing efforts by region and segment. 
  • Plan and execute Enterprise account-based marketing strategies.
  • Build & optimize Enterprise specific nurture streams, testing new offers and messaging t improve conversions.

What You Bring to Our Camp

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience building and executing successful marketing programs that drive net new demand and contribute to customer expansion. 
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing and ideally 3 years in a demand generation/campaigns role capacity in SaaS/technology companies.
  • 2+ years of Account Based Marketing experience
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build rapport with cross-functional teams from sales to marketing functions. 
  • Take a global approach to your role, understand the nuances of global marketing, and incorporate feedback from regional teams into campaign planning and execution.
  • Experience in campaign reporting and leveraging insights from analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, & Salesforce to improve campaign performance.
  • Experience partnering with SDR teams to optimize lead conversion and a strong record of working with Sales to exceed goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrable experience in hitting lead generation targets; proven track record of driving return on investment in the form of revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns and investment of budget.
  • Experience using: BI Tools (Looker experience preferred), Segment, Google Analytics, ABM Tools (6sense), Uberflip, etc. 
  • Experience using a CMS, marketing automation software, and CRM marketing tools such as Ruby on Rails, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMRush, etc. to execute marketing activities.
  • Comfortable working with external agencies.
