Senior Account Based Marketing Specialist

Position Summary:

Bentley is seeking an Account-based Marketing (ABM) Senior Specialist to join our global marketing team as we rapidly scale and optimize our Account Based Experience programs. You will work closely with regional, industry, and product marketers to build and launch highly personalized campaigns to drive demand generation and engagement in target accounts. You will be responsible for providing account-level insights to internal stakeholders, including measuring engagement within target accounts, and identifying trends to help inform future campaign efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, execute, and measure one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many campaigns.
  • Configure account lists, selectors for intent, build filters, and set up orchestration for corresponding actions.
  • Evaluate campaign engagement and identify trends within target accounts.
  • Enable data-driven decisions by providing clear, comprehensive account reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide routine campaign and content audits for priority accounts and for product line / industries.
  • Perform campaign analysis to inform effectiveness of campaign tactics.
  • Program management for ABM campaigns.
  • Provide secondary support and administration for ABM platform(s).

Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of marketing or sales experience with demonstrated success.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing (ABM) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build highly effective working relationships across multiple teams.
  • Enthusiasm for data-driven marketing and demonstrated ability to report and make decisions based on web analytics, ad performance, and email performance data.
  • Experience with ABM tools like Demandbase, Engagio, Terminus, RollWorks, Bombora, 6sense, Looker, etc. is required.
  • Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using marketing and CRM solutions such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.
  • Experience in managing paid advertising using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ad Manager, etc. is a plus.
  • Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Must be high energy, passionate, and have a positive "can do" attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree - Marketing or Business focus preferred
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. The role requires communication with managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
  • This role does not require travel.
