Job Title: Sr Account Director (hybrid)

Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs)

FLSA: Exempt

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Sr. Account Director who will be responsible for the achievement of sales and marketing goals of major automotive OEM account(s). The Sr. Account Director will work across the organization to provide the resources and guidance necessary to drive sales performance, customer service, product/pricing development and implementation of business intelligence tools. The role may include but not limited to:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Foster relationships with key, senior level client personnel to promote brand loyalty, new product development, and current product utilization to positively impact account profitability
  • Develop short and long term strategies to achieve annual goals and objectives by product for client(s)
  • Track performance against objectives and provide forecasts to senior management team
  • Lead quarterly Business Reviews and Loss Analysis and liaison with Risk Management to communicate overall program performance
  • Identify areas for new business such as additions to product portfolio, new products, and technology solutions that support overall growth of client business
  • Support field teams (client or Safe-Guard) with training materials, marketing assets, and act as the single point of contact for issue escalation
  • Coordinate internal resources to deliver technology solutions, reporting and analytics, and accounting services to client management
  • Provide leadership, coaching, training, and development to internal team of 1-5 client relations support personnel.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field)
  • 8+ years of Automotive Finance & Insurance in one of the following capacities: F&I third party administrator, Automotive OEM Financial Services, or Retail F&I experience
  • Automotive OEM experience a plus
  • Previous leadership experience that managing account management team.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiastic about learning new technologies, able to take ownership of client portfolios and drive business in an unstructured environment
  • Self-starter, pro-active, proven track record of sales success
  • Flexible schedule with ability to travel an average of 35% of time
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check
