Team

The Platform Partnerships team sits within the revenue organization and leads the strategic growth & development of global DSP and vendor relationships. We evaluate market opportunities, sign new integrations, grow and manage existing partnerships that drive liquidity for our publishers and revenue for our business.

Role

The Senior Account Director will report directly into the Senior Director of Global Partnerships. This exciting commercial role is focused on leading and growing Microsoft, one of our headline demand partnerships. You’ll be a visionary working in lockstep with Technical, Product, Legal, and Publisher Client Services teams to deliver on your clear and ambitious goals for the accounts. You’ll navigate complex organizational structures daily, gather intelligence and leverage your rolodex to make the impossible possible.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage TripleLift’s Microsoft client relationships, influencing senior stakeholders up to VP+
  • Partnering closely with internal technical and product teams on plans, key work-streams, their prioritization and execution
  • Management and development of a strategic hub within the partnerships team
  • Devise and identify potential revenue opportunities. Upsell and leverage your rolodex of key decision makers to execute on clearly articulated plans
  • Working in synergy with our global Microsoft supply team and cross pollinating ideas for business growth
  • Build long term plans of actionable plans of execution delivering on company level and externally shared OKR frameworks
  • Ensure TripleLift is included on all partner initiatives that impact our business and that we are top-of-mind for all beta opportunities
  • Present detailed financial forecasts and updates showcasing the status of the Microsoft business for executive level visibility
  • Represent TripleLift at International conferences and industry events
  • Host quarterly business reviews and share key metrics on a regular basis
  • Work with legal and P&I teams on key contractual concerns

Qualifications 

  • 7+ years of online advertising experience in a Partnerships or Business Development Capacity; Experienced relationship builder
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop and execute on account plans and revenue Goals
  • Strong technical understanding of Programmatic and a proven track record of successfully leading complex workstreams with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English; ability to present effectively across multiple levels in an organization with complete composure.
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to excellence — working with hustle, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft’s Ad-Tech product stack is preferred but not essential

Location Flexible, West Coast Time zones preferred 

US roles: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of TripleLift's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. 

Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills. 

Salary Range Transparency: $174,462 to $215,000 per year + Bonus
